The front tires are 245/40/20ZR and the rear tires are 275/35/20ZR. I have used Pirelli Assimetrico 285/40/20ZR at the rear, it doesn't rub against the fender either. Michelins are good, they won't produce much noise and it's comfortable too.
You need to align the car only if you have changed the shocks and it roughly cost $100 labor. There is no uneven tire wear if you just change sport springs and bilstein shocks. The wheels will have a negative camber if you set the car too low.
