I only have one service advisor (who I trust and is a car guy, in fact Scott is a BMW car guy) and there is only one master mechanic (Jeremy has been working on BMWs for over 15 years) who work on my cars (750il and 540i). I have never had a problem that Scott and Jeremy have not fixed the first time...... Both are at John Roberts BMW in Austin TX.

I suggest you call the service manager of the various dealers and find who the service advisor and master mechanic are that have been at the dealership the longest and have the highest customer service ratings (the advisor and mechanic really do work as a team) and interview them via the phone (both are compensated based on customer service and sales $)

good luck
