The rest of the car looks OK, but I couldn't stand the dirty M parallels anymore, so I took 20 minutes and washed them off before going to work.
This is the 1st time I've caved in to this element of the obsession, I know others do.
I had hoped to be 'stronger', but continue to succumb to this insidious illness.
And you know, the 7 seems to go faster w/ clean rims!
Looking forward to getting the Mintex Reds soon.

If you think that is a symptom of obsessive behavior, get a load of this...last weekend I spent over 2 hours thoroughly cleaning and waxing each wheel. The process started by hoisting the beast and removing the wheels. Then I washed the interior and exterior surfaces of the wheels/tires. (It is amazing how much brake dust accumulates on the interior side of your wheels, the surface was literally black). Next, I applied a coat of Meguiars Paint Cleaner. Then buffed off the cleaner and applied a coat of Carnauba Wax. Finally, I buffed off the wax and re-installed the wheels. They looked better than the day I took delivery.
