Leave the 'Dealer System Server' box BLANK.

Type USA in the COUNTRY BOX, select the language option, leave the DEALER SYSTEM SERVER box blank, and check the box for US DEALER SYSTEM (or similar description). That should do it.

I did the ETK parts CD install yesterday, and this worked for me. :-)
