There should be a 'Readme ETK.txt' file in the root directory of the CD. Find this file and print it out.

The last part of that README file states to delete the'Win95' folder on the drive where the ETK program was originally installed, or there may be errors on re-install I checked my install, and there was no 'Win95' folder, but there is a 'BMW95' folder.

I would click START->SETTINGS->CONTROL PANEL->ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS and see if you can uninstall the ETK program - probably not since the install was not complete.

If uninstall is not an option, look to see if there is a 'Win95' folder on the drive where you installed the ETK software as described above. If there is, delete it. If not, delete the 'BMW95' folder and then reinstall.
