Whats the deal with the Angel eyes and this guy?? (archive)

Has anyone delt with this guy who's selling the fibre optic angel eyes on ebay? He's selling these for about $250 bucks without the light source. If he can get the actual rings and fibre optics, why can't we??? Does anyone have the part numbers for these parts? I understand that there are a couple of outfits that are coming out with this version here in the US. Has anyone talked to Bruce (the angel eye guru) about this?
