I am not familiar with the type wheel. If 3 piece,
you will have to replace rim half- usually aluminum. I just had this done on my NSX- was about $200 per half.

If they are cast, you can find a shop to weld in material and the grind/buff it out- check the back of Autoweek in the ads- I found this service a few years ago but cannot remember the name.

Finally, if they are polished, they can normally be buffed out however if chromed, whole wheel will have to be re-done.

In any case, they can be fixed, just a matter of cost vs. new.
