Dinan Stage II acts as if the throttle was (archive)

stuck at higher RPM's. If I am at full throttle in first pulling 5000 rpms and get off the gas the throttle takes a few seconds to drop back down. The transmission program was done and if I am cruising at 35 then punch it she drops to 2nd for about 2-3 seconds before dropping to 1st and taking off. Has anyone experienced the sticking RPM and slow trans response after doing the Dinan upgrades? Dealer looked at car last Monday (April 22) and I am still waiting to hear back from them.
