Occasional rough idle at start. Any ideas? (archive)

Sorry about previous post. Hit the wrong button and sent an incomplete post.

I've got a '98 740 iL with 75K mi. In the morning (not everyday, but maybe 50% of the time), I'll start the car and it will run rough for 10-15 seconds, then take off like nothing's wrong. Has happened a couple of times when the car was warm, but usually not. I used a fuel injector cleaner (STP) the last time I filled up with gas and everything was okay for a while (better gas mileage and no rough idle - still on that tank of gas). Yesterday, got the rough idle again. Could this be a symptom of something else, or maybe I just need to run a few tanks of gas through the car following the fuel injector cleaner? Any thoughts?
