The process to access the AC HEating units in the center console is not for the faint of heart. It requires the center conslle to be removed including all of the electronics units in the center panel. Once these are out, the console housing is removed and then you can gain access ot the Heat/AC unit underneath it. There are two water drain hoses one form each side of the AC Evaporator which exit through the floor. In addition thee are drain hoses from the frresh air intakes that also connect to the evaporator housing to drain water out. Ther was a mod to these hoses recommneded to eliminate a "gurgling" sound on hot days when the AC is not set ot Recriculate. If you have this noise then get the mods done at the same time.
