Message: To answer OP's question. It shouldn't require any additional bodywork. If you also do a 5 speed conversion you may have to massage the transmission tunnel a bit unless you car originally had an automatic trans. I have a s14 in my '02. I didn't do the conversion but it obviously took a lot of work. You can get instructions from Dave Varco. I think his website is Aardvark.com or something like that. The conversion makes for a pretty amazing car if done properly.
