1976 windhield wiper parking issue (116 views) (291 thread views) 
Message: The windshield wipers on my 1976 stop in position when turned off. I have to time turning them off when they are at the bottom of their travel or they just stop where ever they are when turned off. It has been this way since I got the car 5 years ago. Any ideas on how to correct this problem?
