| Message: | | It's official, insurance paid me out and I've purchased a replacement e28, Lucked out when I found an 86 528e with 102,000 kilometers, 5 speed, real nice car in original condition. Now I'm going to transfer some of the mods I had made on the original 83 and scrap the rest. Too bad cause the car was solid and ran great. Fire damage was limited to the area under the hood but it burnt all the wiring and parts attached to the engine.
No body filler in this car. I have a terrific all leather interior inc door trim, carpets, etc. Also have a full set of the OEM 14 inch alloys, trunk, great doors, everything on this car worked.
