Message: Frame rust, frame rust, and more frame rust. One of the BMW magazines (BMW, Bimmer, or Total BMW) did a story on the 502 within about the last year, as I recall. I keep all of the old magazines in the library so will try to dig it up for you.

But rust is what they came down on.

BTW, saw on the Saab site several photos of a customized Sonnet that a fellow made with a more modern Saab engine and a customer paint job. Really nice even though it was kind of purplish.

I'll get back once I find that article.
