| Message: | | I recently emailed Fran Hughes (Club Racing Licensing Chief) on this very topic. Fran did not give me any guidance on which races will also have schools, but seemed to say that most applicants that would qualify for the racing shool will also probably qualify for a rookie license, since they should be running in A run groups, etc. in the first place. Fran did not say this exactly, but that was the impression I got.
Fran did close the email back to me with the following: "Please send your application in and I will do my evaluation of you and if for some reason I make a decision that you are not ready to go club racing I will help you get to were you need to be to do that."
