5er Fest Hotel Accomodations! Get'em While U Can! - The 5 Series (E28) Message Board

Well, after some sleepless nights, I've been able to find a hotel with a block of 50 rooms that they've made availabel to us. I also chose this hotel because they have a reputation for cleanliness and comfort that is hard to beat. I know because I travel quite a bit and my butt-o-meter says so. The room rate is $99 a night, which is not bad considering we are right in the middle of football season in mid-October and TCU University is just down the street. Please make your reservation ASAP because we have 60 days to reserve the whole block of rooms. After that we lose them and we'll each be on our own. I will monitor the number of rooms left and let you know every 2-3 days as to the number of rooms left. If it turns out that we have a bunch more people than rooms, I'll work on another hotel for the remainder of the group.

There a gobs of restaurants and things to do within a quarter mile of the hotel. Downtown Ft. Worth is a stone's-throw away. The park where we'll be meeting is about a mile away and the Trinity River runs through the whole area. It's a nice area to hold our first Fest.

Check-in is on Thursday, Oct 10, 2002 and check- out is on Sunday, October, 13, 2002. You can optionally stay another night if you'd like, with check-out on Monday, October 14, 2002.

There is a carwash just around the corner from the Hotel, so you'll have a chance to wipe your baby's bottom before our gathering.
