Message: ...the engine has only 45,000 miles on it and was given a full inspection II at 41k. when the chip was in, i tried some octane boost, which is mostly toulene, and it didn't seem to help. pulled the chip and went back to stock and it runs smooth.

i will be bringing the car into my mechanic pretty soon to have him look at it and tune what he can. will pop the chip back in after that to see if there's a difference.
