Mann/Mahle come with crush rings and gaskets - The 3 Series M3 (E36 M3) Message Board

I dunno about any other brand. You need to change the O-rings each time otherwise it will end up leaking. I've seen E36s twice with leaks from the filter housing and it's because the person cut corners and bought a filter without these o-rings or didn't know what they were for and threw them away.

And the crush ring for the oil pan is right there too.

I don't know if any other brand comes with them.

Instead of paying $10 at a dealer, I usually order up a few when I'm doing a sizeable order from Pacific BMW or other internet source so the shipping costs amortize out and I can enjoy the discounted price without losing to shipping & handling.
