They are not the same, get the specific one (75 views) 
Message: Rear door requires more fooling around, more stuff to remove to get to the actuator, but in the end, it's actually an easier and less frustrating job than doing the front doors. I did both front and back about a year ago.

I'm pretty sure the actuators are different front and back. Realoem shows the part as 67 11 1 393 999 for rear lock acuators. Shop around, some places have them cheaper than others.
