Clicking in the engine.....98 M3 (117 views) (273 thread views) 
Message: First, my car is running great, but I hear a clicking in the front left area of the engine, possibly the left side, if you are facing the engine. It clicking in relation to the RPMs, so obviously its hard to hear at higher speeds, I actually can't hear it in the car. Only if I am beside a wall, another car, anything that will reflect the sound and I have a window down.

Any thoughts? I have 78K miles on it, and its time for inspection 1 or 2, can't remember off hand.
