Yes -- CPO warranty covered my 98 750il (161 views) 
Message: In fact, it had the missing pixels when we bought it. The dealer (with whom I've had a long relationship) pointed out the problem, and told us that they wouldn't fix it up front due to the cost, but that we could bring it in right after we bought it and have it fixed under warranty.
