Re: MAF- aftermarket or oem? Mass air flow sensor (159 views) 
Message: Just a thought: have you tried cleaning the MAF sensor? with the screens off the ends, it is easily accessable. A gentle cleaning of both sides of the sensor with a cotton sway using electronic contact cleaner may correct the problem. It's easy to do and it sounds as though you have little to lose. I always like to take the low-dollar approach first. Gook Luck.
