Failed Emissions (NO PPM) (879 views) (8663 thread views) 
Message: I have a 98 540ia, and it failed emissions last week. It passed all the tests except the NO PPM, the limit was in the 500's, and my reading was in the 800's range. Could you tell me what causes this, and how to pass it? Is it better to have the car warmed up before its tested?
