Let me understand: you have an aftermarket warranty from WarrantyDirect and now they refuse to pay for repair of an internal engine component? It's sad you've learned that most of these accessory warranties are not worth the paper they are printed on. Try complaining to your state's insurance commissioner. Often amazing things happen when the commissioner's office writes a balky insurer.
