Message: I've personally seen corrosion attacking the head on a BMW that I purchased a few years ago. The antifreeze in that engine was green, so it was not OEM. Now this could have been caused from a long service interval but I don't take the chance anymore. For an extra couple of bucks it gives me some peace of mind.
Just my 2 cents!!
