BMW will replace my Blown Engine - BMW M3 (E46 M3) Message Board & Forum

Just got back from the dealer.
I post my message 3 days ago, and finally my dealer verify that BMW New Jersey will replace my engine.

The mechanic told me that one of the rod bearing was spun off, and he didn't know what cause that problem. The diagnostic told that I didn't over rev, and my top speed is 129 MPH (Actually I went 145 one time, not sure about this)

Well hopefully I will get the Engine soon. They have one engine in Ontario that is available for the whole US, but I'm not sure I will get that engine. If I didn't get that Engine, I have to wait for 3-4 weeks from Germany.
