| Message: | Hi Guys, Finally I got my car back after 3 weeks waiting for the engine. If I'm not wrong I was number 32 or 33 on Jason's list. Well worth of it. I was so piss off after driving about 5 miles. I was waiting for the red light. The car just went off (jump a little bit, it was like somebody hits me from the back. The engine won't start, the SMG lock and I cannot move my car. It was in the middle of the street. Luckily nothing bad happen. Then I called my dealer (New Century BMW), and luckily it is not far away from the location. The service advisor, 2 mechanics and the chief mechanics came with three cars. One is loaner for me. Then they found the problem, it was the ground connection that is not tight very well. So too much resistance for the electrical that was what they said. Right now everything is fine, my car is running normally, I cannot feel any different befor and after they change the engine. So far I'm really happy with the result, but I hate to wait for another 1200 miles. Hope no more problem on my car. Thanks, Hanan | ||||
