I have used leatherique a dozen times, and the results are always stellar on my black leather. I am in disbelief, but I trust your word. Perhaps you got a bad batch (pH off, etc), but I should think that the people over at leatherique would have been more helpful. At the very least send you a replacement (damage already done though) in order to evaluate the batch that they sent you. I am definitely a strong proponent of this product (no affiliation), and am sorry to see this happen to you or anyone. Its like a zaino/P21S/zymol user saying that paint come off while waxing. Scary.
