When I suggested that the dealer would only tell me what I already knew, that is that I applied a product and it removed the finish and that its not BMW's fault (which is true) and suggested that Leatherique ought to come up with a solution to the problem my email went into a black hole, never to be replied to. Pretty, get lost, we're done with it...
