Between boosting the engine, and cranking up the final drive, all I see is a recipe for epic wheelspin from a standing start. The M3 stock can spin a good ways through first gear, and chirp 2nd and 3rd pretty hard.
Also if you just want to be the 0-60 king-of-bench-racers, then you'll want a final drive that allows you to reach 60 mph in 2nd gear - the extra shift into 3rd that the 4.10 will likely require (depending on tire size) is going to cost you several of your precious tenths of second in the I-can-get-to-60-faster-than-you-con bragging rights category.
