As best I parse the info, that car has almost no options on it. This means it sold brand new for about $50k full MSRP, maybe slightly more if they forgot to mention some stuff. It's 3 years used and has a typical 3 years worth of miles. The warranty is coming due and the free maintenance is used up.

Taking a mild 10% per year depreciation, you'd be looking at no more than $35k as a fair price.
