Message: Do a search on the the rough idle and possible cam shaft defect relates to the BMW v8 engine. Other than that, go to Walmart or Autozone and get a (2) bottles of Techron. Empty one in the tank when full, empty the other when the fuel warning chime comes on. Drive for additional 10 miles or so, then gas up with tier 1 gas. That should smooth things up a bit.
