Brake pad sensors??

Message:

Just replaced the pads(out of warranty) and the rear pads reset fine and the front pads were showing -2500 mls and now, showing -3000. I replaced the front and rear pads and sensors. It looks like the front brake pads are not resetting? they are registering in the computer. What should I look for? Thanks
