Thank you for your reply. Number two was preformed. They gave me a print out called Diagnosis Repair Inspection/MOST - bus network/ B6500_60002 Evaluation that reads: No fault can be found in the component group tested. I doubt they had time to run number 1 or 3.
Problem occurs on start-up. I will have to keep track of radio etc. but normally it is on. Voice commands are inop as well as other buttons on steering wheel. Nav screen goes to accept screen then tries to work normal with many bugs (hesitation while it digests commands) sometimes the I-drive knob will not work at all. I will mention your procedures when I bring it in next Tuesday.
Is there a way to reset this network?
Disconnect power or pull a fuse and replace?
Seems to be happening more often now. Once or twice a week.
