time to contact BMWNA for BMW assisted buy back... - The 7 Series (E65/E66) Message Board

after seeing the unresolved issues with my 02 745i, under the NEW car warranty, especially the audio related problems, and the dealers reluctance to replace known problem components, I will ask my attorney tomorrow my options.

If BMW will not stand by the warranty - or will not just replace the components that intermittently cause the multiple different audio problems - it is time to take this to the next level.

any other suggestions?
