Message: ...you have a hardware issue, and when the crackle happens, it hardly ever sets a fault.
If they are real lucky it will set a ring break fault and that may give them an idea as to which one it is but ideally they need to have it happen and bypass each module like I mentioned in post 2.
They are beating a dead horse by trying to reload the software, I will be very amazed if it works.
Just keep your patience hat on and keep us posted.
