Re: How is the 135 as a track car? (287 views) 
Message: There is a great tv show in the UK called Fifth Gear. One of last seasons episodes has a shootout between the 135i coupe and the Porsche Cayman S. Overall, the 135i outperforms the Porsche on the track! It was very exciting! So glad BMW embraced the idea of a small car with a more powerful engine again. The 135i, even with the automatic transmission, seems like it would be very capable on the track, given all the performance stuff that comes standard on the US model. The one I test drove definitely handled great. Now if I could just find a 128i cabrio with a stick shift to test!
