the Z4 has been around a long time and the 1er (221 views) 
Message: is still fairly new and not selling very well...at least not in eastern VA. The foglights are standard on the 128 and 135 to the best of my knowledge. Driving with them on in non-inclement weather is ludicrous, IMO.

from BMW website...listed standard features...

"Exterior and aerodynamics
• Star Spoke (Style 256) 17 x 7.0 light alloy wheels and 205/50 run-flat1 all-season tires
• Halogen free-form front foglights
• Heated dual power mirrors and heated windshield washer jets
• Chrome-plated exhaust tips

if you have a US model you should already have foglights. Once you locate them please use them as they are intended.
