| Message: | | If a poll has already been taken regarding the sticky steering issue I am afraid to know the numbers...I am confident that every Z4 owner will experience this steering issue at some point in time. And the ones who haven't are probably not in the right climate, location, or environment to trigger this undesired effect. For now I am more sarcastic at getting used to the sticky steering, especially when I take an onramp or offramp at 80mph and make the steering wheel feel like its about to lock-up enough to make me jerk the car into line while the other cars behind me are saying, "look at that drunk driving the Z4, he can't even keep it in the lane at 80mph." To put it another way I am almost used to it about as much as the rattles that are progressively getting more noticeable throughout the miles of commuting...ah yes, here is a solution...drive faster and the car smooths out....but that usually occurs from 85mph and above...a difficult thing to do around town...if I had no radar detector, I would have had thirty or more tickets because I can honestly say that I am now only enjoying this car at higher speeds...to make a long story short and ironic, I STILL LOVE THIS CAR!!! problems and all...and the day I will hate this car is when I have driven it to the ground like the way it was designed.
