Sticky Steering (1084 views) (7886 thread views) 
Message: Lately I've notice that when I leave work and the car has been sitting outside in a sunny hot day the steering gets sticky and it is not as responsive as when I drove it in the morning. It is still drivable but the steering has no flexibility. I've read that there is a problem with the steering and BMW is aware of it, but because it is not severe I'm afraid that if I take it for service they won't find anything and give me the run-around.
Has anyone experienced this problem?
