Message: Chris was good. Unfortunately, he's gone now. I've used them for the better part of a year (2004) but haven't had the degree of satisfaction with their services that I'd consider adequate - repeat visits to address the same problem, car returned in a filthy condition, etc - so I've begun looking for another service facility.
