Message: I wanted to like Santa Monica BMW, but they are a bunch of jerks.

They promised my car would be ready in the morning, didn't return any of my calls, and finally had my car ready after 5pm. What a waste of a day. They sent the shuttle to the wrong address three times. When I called to find out when they were going to pick me up, they told me I had screwed up by not getting in the shuttle (which was sent to the wrong address) and to take a cab.

Nice! I'll spend my money someplace else.
