Message: I personally have never had a bad experience in the service area. It doesn't hurt that I'm great friends w/ my SA either. He's helped me w/ all 3 BMW's I've owned. I recommend brining your car in to get serviced & feel the SA out. They have two new guys working there now, so be sure to ask for one of the vet's. IMO I feel it is key to have a strong relationship w/ your SA if possible. It truly make all the difference to me.
