Message: Send a formal notice to the BMW dealer and attach a copy of your extended warranty. Send a cc to BMW North America (google address).

Wait 30 days and file a small claim action for maximum allowed in your state...~$3K. You will probably never reach court but if you do just present the paper work and let them repond to the judge.

You will be very surprised how reponsive the other party becomes when the sheriff deliveries their invitation!
