| Message: | I prefer an Independant Shop over the dealeships, especially if you have an e24. Most dealers don't have the tech's on hand that know the finer points of these cars. Be sure you ask if they have an e24 tech in house. I hear there is a quality shop on N. 7th st. (I think it's just north of Camelback). Sorry I don't have a name. There is another shop called: Ultimate Auto, in the Scottsdale airpark. They did some work for me and did OK, but I found a shop ("Beyer Motor Works") much closer to my home and has done good work for me (on my 525iT) since I switched. I have an estimate from them for a timing chain job, just waiting until summer. Email me when you get to town maybe we can get some of the local 6's to the mountains for a trip through the twisties. Have you found a home in Scottsdale yet? Cheers, Mark in Mesa, AZ. ![]() | ||||
