Hou: have had both extremes on this topic....

Same named dealer just different locations. One location will comp a single liter of top-off oil under warranty. The other one charged me the $15/liter price on an unscheduled oil change once. I had to call the other location and get a quote, then explain to the SA that their sister dealership is only charging the $8 price. All the prices are pumped, you just have to know to call them on it.
