| Message: | MSRP stand for "Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price" Several factors come into play for this figure. MOST of the time products are sold WELL below MSRP. ""What business are you in? Do you ever feel tempted to charge as much as the market will bear?"" The only reason the market "bears" their prices is because most BMW owners are in the catagory you are tyring to cram the OP into. They have pleny muny and will write a check for whatever the Dealerships tells them. Now you have the dealership who is takeing advantage of Naive people who wont spend the time to see if they are gettin ripped off or not. ""Choices do speak loudly about character and if you are so concerned about dollars and cents why the hell are you driving a BMW? "" Damn, could you be more assinine? So somne who appreciates a fine piece of engineering connot be frugal? Are you saying he should pay WHATEVER the dealership ask without question? What makes you assume because somone drives a BMW that they spent gobs of money on it? I drive a BMW. I didnt spend a bunch of money buying it. Ive done lots of work to get it in the condition it is in, but all along the way ive looked for the best prices and done all the work myself. What the hell is wrong with that? | ||||
