How do I fix this? - The Z3 (E36/7) Message Board

I inadvertently broke the seat belt guide on the drivers seat. Although I have the replacement part, there is no obvious way of replacing it without taking apart the seat and then resewing back together.

I suspect that there is a "trick: to this as the local BMW dealer had these parts in stock and I just cannot see the dealership resewing the seat covers.
