Message: It would be reasonable to expect that a reputable dealer would exchange these tires.

You say the tires are not low profile. Does that mean that the tire dealer sold you tires that were the wrong size? including aspect ratio?

Replacement tires should be 225/50R-16. If they don’t have that aspect ratio, tell him that you will accept no other tire size than that specified by the manufacturer.

Be nice at first then if the dealer is not responsive tell him you will car your state’s Bureau of Automotive Repair.

Besides, Michelin still lists the Pilot Sport as available. See Link.
