It is just my opinion, but I believe you'll be fine with these tires. Looking at the spec for these tires, they look to be quite adequate for the way most of us would drive our cars. The speed rating is lower than the Pilot, but the Primacy still has a V (149 mph) or W (168) rating. Way faster than most of us will drive.
The 240 wear rating indicates that the tires will wear faster than the Pilot A/S, but if I recall you don’t drive many miles per year so with tire aging a concern, you may find that not to be an issue. The traction and temperature rating are the same.
My big concern was that the tires were the wrong size and rating for the car. That doesn’t seem to be a problem.
If it were me, I would give it any more thought, go out and enjoy the ride. (While you’re doing that, find yourself a better tire dealer.)
